Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, Inc. (VAPAA) Refund Policy
This Web site is owned and controlled by Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, Inc.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of the VAPAA management within 30-days period after date of purchase. Also, refunds may be issued for reservation to conference as long as proper documentation is filed. In your claim, please, include explanation of reasons for a refund, and your order information. If you have any questions about our policy, please feel free to contact our home office to request more information.

Policy Changes
Veterans Affairs Physician Assistant Association, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the VAPAA website. You agree to periodically review our websites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our website. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.

VAPAA Conference Registration Fee Refund Policy:

You may receive a refund of your conference fees under the following stipulations:
If you have a true medical emergency that precludes your attendance, you may receive a full refund up until the day before the conference minus a 10% processing fee. You must submit valid documentation of the medical emergency. If you request a refund for any other reason for not attending, you will be charged a cancellation fee, as follows:

Registration Fee Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Date of cancellation on or prior to June 30, 2012: full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
July 1 to July 27th: 50% refund.
After July 27th: no refund.
Medical emergency: you may receive a full refund minus 10% cancellation fee until the day before the conference. Valid documentation required.

Please note: Credit card regulations require that any refund processed more than 60 days from the date of charge must be made by check.

If you paid the registration fee via a credit card and request a refund more than 60 days from when the charge was made, any requested refund must be made by check and cannot be returned to the credit card. This is bank policy.

VAPAA Store Refund/Return Policy

Please be sure the sizes requested are correct as all sales are final and there are no returns or exchages.

Exchanges will be considered only for items defective upon your receipt. If you have received a defective product, please
call the toll free number, 1-866-828-2722, for return authorization. Once we have received the defective item, we will ship the replacement, postage paid. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
